Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School is currently an independent athletic program that participates in District XI of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (P.I.A.A.).

Boys Basketball
The Lincoln Boys Basketball program, in it's first year of PIAA and District XI competition, will be coached by Mr. Al Blount. Coach Blount comes to Lincoln after serving as the Head Boy's Basketball Coach at Bethlehem Catholic from 2009-2011. Coach Blount is a Dieruff High School graduate and was an assistant coach there 1999-2000. Mr. Blount graduated from Tennessee State University in 1982 where he played on the Men's Basketball team. After college, Mr. Blount played semi professional basketball and later for Meadowlark Lemon and the Bucketteers. Coach Blount brings a vast knowledge of the sport to Lincoln and looks forward to leading our Lincoln Lions in our first year. Coach Blount will be assisted by Mr. Joe Saveri and Mr. Jason Boggs.
Girls Basketball
The Lincoln Girls Basketball program welcomes Ms. Jill Friedman as the new Head Coach. Coach Friedman, a native of Bethlehem and graduate of Liberty High School (’93) played basketball, softball, and field hockey for the Hurricanes. Coach Friedman went on to play college ball at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC where she received her teaching certification in Health and Physical Education in 1997. She continued her education at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA where she coached and received her Masters in Kinesiology in 1999. Coach Friedman is the very proud mother of twin daughters, Avery and Cameron and will be assisted by Coach Shellie Santiago, Coach Jess Seng and Coach Jason Baker.
Boys Baseball
Brian Godshall is the Boys Baseball Coach here at Lincoln. Brian played baseball and graduated from North Penn High School. Brian went on to graduate from East Stroudsburg University with a PE & Health degree and is currently the PE teacher here at Lincoln Leadership. Coach Godshall is entering his 2nd season in charge. Coach Godshall and his boys participated in a handful of P.I.A.A. games last year. This will be the first full year of baseball for our boys and they are looking forward to the task. Coach Godshall will be assisted at the varsity and middle school levels by Travis Kline who teaches ELA at Lincoln Leadership.

Cheerleading
Danielle Cordaro is the 1st ever cheerleading coach at Lincoln Leadership. Coach Cordaro is in her second year of coaching and also serves as the ESL Specialist at Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School. Danielle graduated from Phillipsburg High School in 2006 and Bloomsburg University in 2010 with a degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology with certification in English as a second language. Danielle was an all-state (1st team) at Phillipsburg and New Jersey All Conference cheerleader. Coach Cordaro also has a strong background in gymnastics and dance. Danielle has been assisted by Jill Sams, math teacher at Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School.
